BASIS OV Primary Hot Lunch 2.0! School year 2015-16 is here and we are back and better than ever! 
Our 2nd year is going to be feeding those brains healthy delicious lunches.

1) Sign up to purchase hot lunch via: basisschoolsorderlunches.com 

If you already have an account, you need to update your student’s grade and element. 

* If you have children in both upper and lower schools you will need to open a separate orderlunches.com account for each school. Each school has separate hot lunch programs with different menus, vendors and ordering deadlines.  Both programs benefit the Annual Teachers Fund. 


2) Order lunch.

 When? During the open windows: 10th-20th of each month prior.

*Parents: insert this as a reoccurring to-do item in your calendar*


3) Volunteer.

We are a completely parent run program and need just an hour of your time, throughout the year, especially, come Spring. We promise, no hairnets.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

The program accepts payment by Debit Card or Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard & Discover.

Be sure to proceed to checkout and process your payment. Orders that are left in the shopping cart will NOT be processed and your student(s) will not be included in the lunch service.

  • Card Payments After entering your card information, do not close your browser prior to receiving the confirmation display or your order may be interrupted and not fully processed. If a confirmation page is not displayed, do not attempt to enter payment again, as this may result in duplicate charges.

The lunch program does not accept cash or checks and all purchases must be paid for in advance via the Order Lunches website. 

MINIMUM ORDER FEE:

A minimum $10.00 order is required for new or changed orders - otherwise $1.00 handling fee is charged.

PROCESSING FEE:

A nominal processing fee of 6% is charged so that we can offer our lunch program online.

REGISTRATION FEE:

A registration fee of $8.00 is charged for your first order. This supports the supplies and other start-up costs of the primary lunch program. This charge is applicable once per school year per primary family, not per primary student. 

NEED TO CHANGE or CANCEL YOUR ORDER?

Changes can be made during the open ordering period. Credits for cancellations will be applied to your next order. Once the ordering period has closed (, your order is FINAL.

FORGOT TO PLACE YOUR ORDER?

After the ordering period has closed, late orders are NOT accepted. Note: orderlunches.com is not authorized to allow any orders after the menu has closed.

CREDIT FOR A MISSED LUNCH:

Because ingredients are purchased by our vendors in advance and menu items are cooked to order, credits cannot be given if your student misses their lunch due to illness or appointments made during lunch.

FOOD ALLERGIES:

Food is prepared, packaged and delivered to the school by local vendors, and then distributed by parent volunteers. As such, questions related to ingredients, potential allergens and preparation methods are best answered by the respective vendor. Each menu item offered includes a link to the vendor website; most contain nutritional and allergen information. Additional questions can be directed to primaryhotlunch@basisovboosters.com 

OOPS, I FORGOT TO SEND LUNCH:

Students who forget their lunch will be directed to the front office per school policy.
